The purpose of dtownMARKET’s “re-fashioned” is to give local fashion designers a space to showcase their work, perhaps make a little money and bring local design to the Bull City. dtownMARKET began in Durham, North Carolina in May 2011 when owner Kala Wolfe of Retrospective Vintage organized a one-time pop-up market for local fashion designers and artists to come together and sell their goods.
